Adrian addressed my car issues in a very professional manner and displayed exceptional customer service. I cannot say the same for how my car was left after the rear struts were replaced. I was hearing a clacking noise coming in from the left rear strut the next day . I decided to take it back to Mazda service the following day and informed Adrian of the problem. Our sales consultant Giovanny Castaneda was so very patient with us. He took the time to explain the difference in various models and took us to test drive 3 cars. The finance manager Arash Himmat fully explained all the paper work to be signed answered all our questions. Never felt pressured at any time during our visit .
