Well, I actually had the majority of my communication with Chad. he was always available and great to work with. the issue was less the people and more the process. there was not setting of expectations , time frames and I had to submit the same info multiple times etc. I would wait days to hear anything and then they would need me to sign or do something urgently and right away. Also underwriting almost got my homeowners insurance cancelled so that was an unecessary fire dril.

A bit more communication when challenges occured. The process began with frequent verbal communicatio; however, that ceased and then I was only able to communicate by emial or text. Regardless Mozy was nice.
