I remember when this place used to always be packed when I was a kid, but it’s still a good experience. My 6 year old wanted to eat here today because she specifically likes the salad bar. I got her the kids pepperoni pizza and salad bar, my 12 year old the turkey hoagie and fries, and I got the 8 piece traditional wings and fries. Overall I enjoyed my time with my wife here at this Mazzio's. I will say however the food could have been better, it was overly greasy and I mean drenched in grease! To top the experience our waitress was snippy about the ranch and the restaurant is in need of a more modern renovation..
I've only ever visited this restaurant on days when the lunch buffet was available. They no longer do a lunch buffet on the weekend. I ordered 2 small pizzas and waited 30 minutes with only 1 other table waiting for food just for 2 tiny pizzas smaller than a plate to come out. The order was incorrect though, so had to send my kids pizza back and wait another half hour for them to get anything to eat. I went to this location and we were severely disappointed, ALL the tables were dirty with piles of dirty dishes with eaten food on them except a few tables, the lettuce on the salad bar was brown, wilted, and slimey (below is a picture to prove it). Very few clean silverware to eat with. Employees standing around with arms crossed. We definitely won’t be coming back here after this terrible experience.
Service was super friendly just wish little faster/cashier had a bit of help. Salad bar was crisp and fresh and pizzas came out nice and hot!
