Mazz's salad bar and pizza will always bring a sense of nostalgia, and take me back to good memories. This particular location stands out because it has a salad bar, with the exact same toppings that i remember from my first visit. Ken's pizza also adds to the nostalgic experience. Do I need to mention they have the best ranch on Earth? I really wish the company would reinvest in their physical locations and increase employee wages. This location is hit and miss with cleanliness and service. Sometimes the salad bar is filled and fresh. Cashiers are usually nice. Seating is upstairs making it difficult for customers with mobility disabilities. OK for a fast lunch.
Today I was there with my 4 years son had worst experience ever,. The lady name Cindy was working there and she was very unhappy to see us. Look like she was bored, very bad attitude even no greeting. My son was trying to talk with her but she didn’t response. She was ignoring my my son. Another women was very nice and friendly with my son. I believe Cindy is racist because I am different race. And she means it. If not she is not supposed to work like this behavior.
Mazzio's has gone downhill over the past few years, to the point where we decided not to go anymore. However, we visited The Farm location today. Mazzios is in the middle of revamping each of their restaurants. They are currently whipping this location and doing a great job of it! Our experience was fantastic, and we will be back. So happy the old Mazzios seems to be making a comeback!
I have been a LOYAL Mazzio’s customer for 30 years. Tonight they lost me. I called for delivery and was told they will not deliver to me because the 46th and Peoria location is closed. MIND YOU the 46th location is 4.4 miles from my house, 51st and Sheridan is 2.6 miles from my house. BUT THEY REFUSE TO DELIVER TO ME FROM THAT LOCATION!!!!! Even though the listing CLEARLY says that 51st and Sheridan delivers. I am beyond irritated, Ken Selby would be APPALLED if he were still alive!! SHAME!!!
