The team was very organized and efficient. The wood products are very good quality. They cleaned-up as they worked. The posts were set with dry concrete to protect the wood. These guys are professionals!

They lost last year?s contract when I paid them $8213.50. I tried to get an update contract with the costs and drawings. I tried to get the old contract. I tried repeatedly. Shannon Colwell the owner dragged this out for a month. Then I told them repeatedly I am going with a different company. I wanted my money back. So far 2 weeks later in still no money back. Never finished the job, have my wood. I am happy with the fence, but not satisfied with the time frame.
There should have not been a need to back a second time. Show have been done correctly first time. Cuts corners
I am still awaiting a quote from MC Fence and Deck. The first contact started out very professionally and I was quickly impressed with MC Fence and Deck. Due to being called away at the last second, I could not meet with their representative, but he assured me that he got all the information needed and promised a quote within the next day or two. This is the third week of my wait, and I've contacted MC Fence And Deck multiple times to find out why I'm receiving a delay, but I have been roundly ignored.
MC Fence and Deck installed a split-rail fence in 2015. I chose them because of local ratings and wanted to support small local business. I was told the fence would last 20+ years. It is now less than four years from install and multiple posts (at present 4) have rotted at the ground!!. Given the number of failures other contractors have determined that posts were not properly treated prior to being inserted in the ground. Do not use!!
