I sought bids from numerous contractors to build a composite deck and MC offered the best price. Made the deposit in late August and job was completed by early December, as weather and backlog delayed the start of the job. I didn't mind the wait as I just needed the deck done in time to enjoy in the spring. The deck is awesome, built very well and sturdy. We love the deck and are very pleased with the builders. Dealing with the company was challenging at times and had a difficult time getting updates to the project timeline. There was not a dedicated person assigned to my project that I could speak to. The person that initially quoted me the deck and produced the contract did not communicate with me for weeks and I could not get hold of her. The main reason I hired them was their customer service and professionalism. Tyler came to take measurements for the estimate and handed me one in less than 20 minutes. The day of the installation the team came in and installed the fence in less than 4 hours. They did an amazing job. The fence looks great.
