My neighbor and I chose this company for our backyard fence and gates. They completed the job over a few days, and we were both satisfied with the results. However, the wood on both gates warped. I called them, and it took a bit for them to get back to me. They explained it was due to the wood we chose and the rainy weather. Despite their warranty not covering materials, they fixed it for us. The quality of work was excellent. However, there was a lot of follow-up required between the estimates and the actual work. Many messages left on the phone and through messages were unanswered. At some point, we considered going to another contractor, but when the guys showed up on-site, the work was finished in two days.
