I looked for a company or independent to replace 22 ft of board on board fence, only a couple of vendors replied to my request. Gary Smith of MC Fence called and e-mailed me a professional bid. Approximately one week later Jeff from production called and was extremely helpful in planning. Finally, Jason and Santiago arrived and replaced the existing fence. Jason took pride in his work, very meticulous but also open to input; great associate to have on a team.

The sales guy was fantastic and very responsive. The people who installed the fence were polite and customer friendly. But they killed many of my herbs, and the gate to the fenced area is not in the best place and because of the ground slope did not turn out as I had hoped for.
The guys who installed the fence was great, the sales representative was wonderful. One of the gate latches stuck once the gate post settled and customer service was non-responsive, but the sales representative was fabulous and he came by and fixed it himself.
