After getting outrageous price quote from another company. I’ve decided to get a second opinion. I came across McCoy and son on google and rest is history. They were able to repair my hvac unit within 2 hours of Initial call and was reasonably priced where I didn’t feel as I was being taken advantage of. Overall great experience and i won’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
Being New to the Dallas, GA area, I did not a Service Provider for our HVAC system. Our First Experience with McCoy and Sons today was EXCELLENT!! Very Thorough and provided really good answers to my questions on a Dual Zone System, since I never had one before. I am Grateful and Relieved to now have a "Go To" Service Provider, if we have issues with a very expensive HVAC System l.
Our AC unit stopped working and we were given the name of a “reliable” repair company. They came out and within minutes said we needed to replace both units. One was working fine. The next day I called McCoy & Son and Lee came to our house. He was polite and professional. After checking the air handler in the basement he found the problem. Air conditioning unit stopped working last Wednesday. After hit and miss service on previous occasions from one local bigger company and another whose name appears on every billboard in the extended Atlanta metro area, I decided to give McCoy & Son Heating and Cooling a call.
