I have had extremely positive experiences with McDaniel Service, Inc. and technician *********************** in particular. I live in a 1940s era condo conversion that has a PTAC HVAC system, which few businesses service these days. McDaniel and Gesly have provided excellent service to my PTAC unit over the years, including a comprehensive cleaning and a standard service call more recently. Gesly is a delight - very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and considerate. I recommend McDaniel and Gesly very highly.

McDaniel was recommended by my neighbor, who used to work for one of their competitors, as an honest and knowledgeable HVAC company that charges fair prices. I used them to replace my 30 yo gas fired boiler for our baseboard heating system. McDaniel sent their lead boiler tech to estimate the job for a straight forward replacement resulting in a significantly lower price than the other two companies I'd asked to bid.
