After answering about 20 questions, receptionist went to talk to someone who told her to tell me they WOULD NOT accept my case. So per their ad they "we will work for you". They must only take certain cases (beneficial to them not a client)

I contacted this firm a year ago. My mother was starved, as a diabetic. This firm said "no go". Now they are jumping on the "elder abuse" band wagon, to make money. Believe me it is a huge industry. Unbelievably corrupt!

I obviously had an issue somI contacted McDivitt Law Firm. They tell you that they won't take your case unless they think they can win it and that they don't get paid unless you win and get paid. Sounded fair to me. They agreed to accept my case. They sent a courier to my house the next day for me to sign all the documents and agreements. Seemed legit and professional. They told me I would be speaking with a case manager and paralegal to do the ground work. Again I understood. But I couldn't get answers or information about ... read more
