The office staff is pleasant. I have not had a good experience with my night guard. I spent over $600 on it and it caused a lot of pain when I wore it. The office was nice enough to adjust it but now another tooth is hurting from the pressure when I wear it. This needs to get fixed and I don’t think I should have to drive to the office a 3rd time to adjust it. I would like a new fitting and replacement of the night guard.
I recently visited Dr. McElroy's Smiles By Design. It's really like visiting family (except for the hands-in-the mouth thing)! Everyone is friendly and professional. You are in and out quickly and the work is done with compassion and the least amount of pain. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else! I would highly recommend them.

As usual, the team listened to what I told them and immediately acted on the information. Dr McElroy and Madison work well together. The atmosphere is relaxed and professional. I sat in one of the new chairs and was delighted with the message function. Excellent patient care, new and well appointed facility. Highly recommended.

What an incredible office. All in one setting they were able to clean my teeth, fix a chipped tooth and made a new crown right in the office to replace an old one that came off. The dental hygienist, the dental assistant and the dentist were caring and professional. They explained everything as they were working on me.
