Worst home improvement experience of my life. From the top of the company to the workers the customer is never respected for anything. Can’t ask questions, can’t ask cost of extra work needed, etc. It was a nightmare and our job is still not right, we gave up. Maybe that’s what they want.

they charged an inspection fee of 200. but when I tried to set up times to do the work they were too busy and never would give me a time. they finally said we were too small a job, refused to agree to an appointment. we never received our fee back. these people or shysters
