Great, the tech was very informative , and very polite, didn’t stay a long time, he was great
The set up was great only issue is we have spotty service for downloading apps or information from the internet and I cannot register my account it keeps saying I have the wrong lan # therefore I cannot log on to pay my bill. Thanks

Service is better than Direct TV and Dish. Speed is a lot better it’s not dragging and it does actually work. I have to admit my expectations wasn’t like I thought it would be. After all, I do understand I live in a rural area. Nothing is always totally perfect but all I ask for was better quality of a workable WIFI. I chose the right choice for a change. Thank you for providing my children with a service that’s going to help them academically better for elementary, High school and college. Sincerely a satisfied customers.
