The installer was great, however, he didn't receive information on how I wanted the dish installed. I placed an order with your company dispatcher and I specifically asked for the satallite dish to be mounted on a pole and into the ground. The installer did not receive that order.
Well he came in and made sure that the service was up and running Properly. It took less than 1 hr
