I had a wonderful encounter with Dr Nguyen, she is very thorough and patient. Listened to me and made me feel heard. Gave me multiple options and asked if i need more help I shouldn’t hesitate to give her a call. She is an amazing doctor. You won’t be disappointed to use this doctor. She is awesome.
Great doctors, very attentive, great bedside manner, caring staff, easily accessible, accepting new patients. I've been going to them for allergy and immune issues for almost 20 years. Always have had great experiences. Highly recommend.
***Please read other 1 star reviews, they are all accurate and I wish I would have read them before wasting my time here. Horrible is an understatement. I’m a nurse and work in healthcare so I am very understanding and aware of how the process of medical appointments work. The lack of professionalism and competence at the administrative desk is unacceptable. Ridiculous & 2 thumbs down. Just want your money- Deceitful about insurances they take. Told me it’s $800 and not covered AFTER I drove 30+ minutes, filled out every single form and sat in the lobby for 30 min. They knew this prior to me showing up and lied about leaving messages. I guess hoping to get money. Beyond frustrated & disappointed. 2 stars to be generous!
