I'm not the easiest person to work with regarding real estate transactions, and even still, Tracie was amazing. Tracie helped me navigate a tricky situation with tenants, rehab the home, and sell it without poise and grace. She also helped manage a tense situation with the general contractor and worked with me to exceed the buyer's expectations. Tracie is a pro and among the best in the business.

Aimee was amazing throughout the whole process. We started working with her before we even got to Georgia. She let me send her houses we wanted to see and she did video tours with us. We wanted to be able to be close to closing on a home by the time we got there and she helped make that happen. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had, even if they were repetitive. She was very professional and I will recommend her to anyone I meet that needs a realtor!

Aimee was truly the best. I'm sure being a realtor can get frustrating, as some clients (ie, my husband, haha), like to see a potential house a thousand times, disappear in the crawl spaces and attics, open all the windows, etc. And in this market, if we saw a house we liked on Zillow, we would always ask to see it that same day, leaving Aimee little wiggle room to fit us in.
