Professional, friendly and fun. My whole family and I love dr. Steven McArtor and his staff. They are so good about explaining what will happen on your visit.They take time to talk and discuss anything that needs to be discussed. They are overall understanding, compassionate, friendly, and professional.

Dr. McArtor is the best; so it the staff Been coming here for at least 15 years. The doc is 1. competent 2. explains what is going on 3. gives me options (e.g.: bridge vs implant), 4. respects your decision, 5. knows who I am (interested in my photography hobby and looks a pictures), 6. in emergency he is available by phone and even came in on the weekend. The staff is also the best. Hooray for Julie in particular.
Professional and friendly All the staff there is always so friendly and professional, just as they were this time. My appointment time was delayed a bit, but Dr. F. apologized and explained why. He took care of my issue in an efficient and professional manner after he finished with his prior appointment.
Friendly service, on time and work well done! I would give this practice a full 5 star rating except for the following: I hate the constant nagging text messages concerning my appointment. One reminder is sufficient but not 4 or more! There's so many I just ignore them. The staff is always friendly and competent. Appointments are on time and I've had good results with tooth repairs.
Dr Ballard and Kathy Dr Ballard and Kathy are the best! Been going to Dr Ballard for about 24 years. Don't ever leave!
