I'm always greeted before I exit my car, walked into the lobby & given a phone # to text & check my car's progress. Josh keeps me posted on the progress as well. Then he'll inform me what issues tie car had, what we need to do to remedy the issue. My car is always washed before it is given back to me. I'm treated very courteously , honestly and fairly.

In my experience your service advisor means more than you think. I have been using Sam and so far he has delivered for me. I was happy with the service. I just need to have my Wife, or a shuttle, as waiting is not my thing.
