They did the oil change and tightened down the spark plugs as a gas smell came on every time we used the A/C or heater from the time they changed the plugs earlier. Service person, who by the way, walking down the line up of service people was THE ONLY OERSON who asked May I help? Was very patient and very courteous and solved the gas smell with a mechanic and gave updates as the time went on. I had taken my car in because of a slow leak in the front passenger side tire the weekend before this time. As it was late and I wanted to go home, the service guy said I was just waiting for a wash. I decided to forego the wash and asked for my car. The communication may not have been clear. The tire, for which I had taken it in, continued to leak. I took it back in and had the tire replaced (nail in the sidewall). Disappointed at the break down in communication the first time.
