I have purchased a new Buick here about a month ago. Diego, my sales rep was going above and beyond! Truly. It was a rainy day so I was offered a rain check for detailing and this Tuesday (over a month later) I went in since my plates have arrived and I wanted them to put it on. I asked Mike, the service rep if the "rain check" for the detailing is still valid and was told he will coordinate with Mishelle. I was sceptical. I do no have my GMC serviced anywhere but McKinney GMC. Sam is my service writer and he takes care of my truck in an outstanding manner. The price is always reasonable also.
