Upfront and concise with the work needing to be accomplished. I was greeted upon arrival and within less than 5 minutes I had been assigned a customer service representative. I explained my problem and due to the huge backlog of vehicles in front of me was told the amount of time needed to get to me. I agreed to the time and left my vehicle. My only contact with McKinney Buick GMC is Brad Reed and he is great! I live 20+ miles from the dealership but will not be taking my Yukon anywhere else based on the way Brad has taken care of me. We had a couple of unusual situations with the vehicle and Brad found ways to take care of them. We initially contacted a closer GMC dealership but they were not able to deal with our situation in a way that we liked. Brad went above and beyond.
I had to go to this location for service of my suburban. Joshua was helpful and professional and got my vehicle taken care of quickly. I will definitely be back.
