My 86-year old mother's furnace died this fall. I called McKinney heating and air on a Monday and they came out to give us a quote on a new heat pump that same day. Their estimate was $1700 less than the competition and the service program was way better. Needless to say we went with McKinney and they came out on Thursday of the same week and installed the heat pump. They were professional, fast, and they cleaned everything up afterward. Matt and Robert were very friendly, professional, communicated very well. Diagnosed our problem quickly at a fair price. Love the warranty on parts and labor. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right!
He came out quickly and fixed the problem in no time. Very nice and explained everything well and offered future maintenance advice. Decent pricing as well.

Robert & his crew are very professional & quick to respond when called upon. They do great work at a reasonable cost.
Robert and his guys took out a system that was not even 5 years old (Rheem) that cost me more per month. Replaced it with a Coleman System which does great! I recommend him, he doesn’t sugar coat, and knows what he doing. He covers a large area!
