moving back to Mckinney Pointe I love these apartments. I used to be a resident a couple of years ago and am in the process of moving back. Joanne and the team in the office are friendly and very helpful. A great place to call home.

Decent property horrible tenants The apartments are decent on the inside and new. But the tenants are absolutely horrible. Lots of activity at night people going in and out. People walking and making noise at late hours in the night. Police is in the parking lot almost everyday for one reason or another. Don’t really feel safe here.

Customer service above anything First, Joanne the office manager is a super nice lady with a big heart! She is always helping and assisting as much as she can. My apartment is super nice and I have had one issue since I moved in July and Joanne took care of it within one call. I got home and it was all fixed. I did not even need to be there. If you are looking for quiet, great customer service and brand new, McKinney pointe in your place to go to - PS. I found my new apt!!?? Ms. B Everyone in the leasing office is very nice. I, went to Century Lake and no one keep in touch with me like Mckinney Pointe! I, really appericate that and i feel like you care. Great,job ladies and apartments are so pretty and quite!

Zero stars ZERO STARS . It was not letting me continue unless I clicked on the one star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life in US. I was moving from out of state and they were not ready on the day of my move in. They had my move in date on file but said they didn't know I was coming in. Anything you ask MS. X (i don't want to say her name) she answers back by saying she is new. ( working for more than 11/2 months) . I can't wait to move in I have visited many apartment complexes and have never felt the warmth welcome I received at McKinney Pointe. Ms. Joanna and her leasing consultants are refreshing. Though, I will not moving into the property for few months, I cannot wait to have them as my property team. Almost forgot, the apartment model is gorgeous. Also, I want to thank the gentleman who was standing at the corner of McKinney Ranch and Hardin who pointed me towards the apartment.

Amazing Manager and Location I don't know about you but being able to move into a brand new apartment has always been a dream of mine. Well here you can made that dream a reality. If you are tired of you management, this property has a sensational manager by the name of Joanna. Her positive and welcoming attitude made a world of difference. I can't wait to move in into my Brand New apartment.

Don't need to look any further. This property is brand new and the model will leave you breathless. This apartment has it all but more importantly it has an phenomenal manager. The best Leasing Manager Ms. Joanna is one of the best managers in the business. She is not just knowledgeable but courteous and friendly. I'm so happy to call her the property manager of the month because she will give her very best to insure you get the best service.
