I would recommend Rob Rudd and his team to anyone. A dear friend recommended Rob, and he was excellent in outlining options for my first house purchase in the US some years ago. Since then we have worked with Rob and his team on a number of transactions and each time they bring the human touch, and have gone above and beyond, advising on second home purchases, and walking us through the most recent purchase when we did not have an agent.
