Everything was great! I received a notice that Dalton was on his way and he was very prompt with his arrival. Dalton did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and tell me everything that was going on with the air conditioner.. I’ve already referred a couple of people to McWilliams and told them that you all were very good.

My only complain is that in the early years of McWilliams, the company would call to schedule the maintenance checkup. This year, I called because I never got a call and it was rescheduled because you were so busy. The serviceman, that came out this time, was great. It has seemed like over the past several years, the service checkups have not been as thorough as you were back 10-12 years ago. No complaints this time, except I had to call to schedule.

Not exactly what we expected, as far as a tune up inspection. We anticipated the coils would have been cleaned and not just looked at. I guess we just thought more would have been done. Technician was very professional and informative. Thanks Korey!
