I went in for an ear infection. My appointment was at 11:15, my arrival time was 10:45, and I didn't leave until 1:30. I waited all that time for the nurse practitioner to tell me oh yes I hear some congestion in your lungs and your ear is red. I can give you breathing treatments, a shot, call you in some antibiotics, and come back next week. I said I don't need a breathing treatment. I had to wait since 10:26 a.m and was finally called to the back so they can test my pressure for like 2 minutes then I had to wait another hour after they called me again, waited in the room for ANOTHER hour and just left because it had been 3 hours and i had made an appointment and the doctor doesn't even show up.

Honestly waste of 45$. I waited for 45 minutes and the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes. He seemed like he was scared to touch me and look at the bee stings i had. I felt like popping my eyes out and saying "BOO" lol. I got more information from google and tik tok then from this clinic. Also over the phone i asked for a female doctor which was granted to me until i got to the clinic where the lady at the front desk said i could only see a man doctor or i could wait for the female doctor to see 8 other patents before seeing ... read more

Todo es horrible, el personal y los médicos suelen estar bastante inseguros de sus resultados. Cuando tienes una cita reservada, esperas más de una o dos horas y, si llegas tarde, cancelan tu cita. Qué injusto.

Worst customer service. They scheduled my appointment during when their office closed for their lunch time. Then on top of that I had to fight just to get my test results! The whole experience was terrible from the start. (I was referred by a friend). Save your time and go elsewhere that values your time and takes you seriously.

My mother is a senior citizen and does not speak English. The staff at the front desk are inconsiderate and are not customer service friendly. The doctor seems to be incompetent and is only there for a paycheck. My mother dropped off paperwork to be filled out by my brother's doctor a few weeks ago and gave my mother the runaround in getting those documents returned. I had my appointment here at 9:30am. I was finally called in at 11:35 am. The doctor finally arrived in at 12:30!!!! If you want to waste your time this is the place to be!! This place literally has no respect for other people's time. Also, for some reason they give more priority for walk-in patients. Let's say my appointment is at 9:30, and a walk-in patient shows up at 9:29, they get the priority. So basically, what's the point of making an appointment!
