Worst customer service ever save your time and go somewhere else ! there's a reason they have such horrible ratings . I brought my son because he's been having a fever all day today, my dad called the clinic beforehand and they told him that they would accept him. When I got there the females at the front desk were some of the rudest people I've ever met, I over heard a nurse in the back make a rude comment in Spanish cussing and telling the other female to not let us go through and to send us home probably thinking I wouldn... read more

Siempre e llegado a tiempo o antes de tiempo a mis citas , hoy llegué 20 o 25 minutos tarde y mi sorpresa es que la muchacha de front desk me explica que tienen una nueva póliza el cual es que si un paciente llega más de 10 minutos tarde a la cita se le programará otra para otro día, como le expliqué a ella , si hubiera sabido de mejor hasta yo mismo les llamo a decir que cancelen mi cita. Irónico cuando llegas a la clínica te dejan esperando hasta más de media hora para atenderte...

As if this place needed another bad review...It's ridiculous how the lazy brawds at the front desk never answer the phone and they think they slick. We sit outside and see everything when that phone rings. My mom and I have called for months to set up appointments or get the Doctor to call pharamacy on some consent issues. They NEVER pick up and when they do, they try to rush us and cut us off when we speak. This is definitely going to get reported by me and a few other patients we met. RIP OFF!! They called me about my Pap smear results and said the doctor wanted to talk to me about it, and refused to tell me what the results were over the phone. I'm thinking it must be really bad news for them to deny me MY OWN MEDICAL INFO. Whatever. They said I needed an appointment, so I made one for that afternoon. Get there, they charge me another $55 office fee, I wait well over an hour in an exam room only to have the doctor tell me my results were FINE!! Worst service ever! They take your information down and tell you to stay in the car and leave you there for hours! If you trying to get tested don't come to this location.. if you feel sick go somewhere else this doctor sucks!!!

If you value your health and time, DO NOT GO HERE! I had to put a star to write a review. I have been working in the medical field for a long time and I can tell you this place is an embarrassment. This establishment is driven to the ground by incompetent, horrifically rude, and lazy employees that don't have a clue as to what it means to work in health care. My daughter went to doctor for check up and examination was told I needed to be there. I was on a business call on my cell with a supplier in the hallway. The staff lady to turn off the phone I decided to step out and she yelled at me if I was here kid. I'm a 54 year old man don't tolerate being yelled by an office employee. Wait two hours to see s doctor.
