I'm not sure why the reviews is low. The entire team I was introduced to was amazing and handled my sense of humor very well. The reviews do this place no justice, please go experience for yourself. And not to mention, I was late and still was seen at ease with no issues And got a lot of testing done for my first time
Not sure about the older reviews, but I've take both of my kids here a few times (recently) and I've never had an issue. Always quick to get to the back, and we're never back there long before we speak with the doctor...not to mention the staff is always great with littles.

I read alot of had reviews here but personally I have taken my friend here because she just wasnt getting any help from her doctors across the street from this clinic. This clinic has done more for her than all those years she went to the other doctors. The staff that is there when we have gone seem very nice and we just started going to this clinic last year. I really like this clinic and the doctor is great very caring...
I was automatically assigned a PCP here through Medicaid and should have done more research before accepting this clinic. First of all, it's not in a safe or clean area at all. I understand that it's Dallas, but people usually associate a doctor's office with cleanliness and safety, so pulling up to a strip mall with a Fiesta Mart and beauty supply store, then needing to wait for a homeless man to clear away from the door upon my arrival wasn't pleasant. I'm giving this clinic a 2 star only bc the girls at the front desk are rude, especially over the phon. Other than that the doctors are very helpful and kind.
They take a long time to simply just take you in, and since covid19 is going on right now they make you wait in your vehicle and call you asking where your parked thinking their about to come out but instead make you wait a whole hour in your vehicle
An absolute dump. I went for a referral and was kept waiting almost three hours after appt time because there was a "guest from the company". The front desk had zero idea how to enter insurance information and I ended up calling the insurance company and doing it for them. I received no exam or tests, had to waste half the day in their office and am now being billed $120 for absolutely nothing. The front staff is not good, however the nurses are sweet and the doctor I saw was good. I came here for an annual checkup and to get a lipid panel for the annual corporate insurance questionnaire (which you have to fill out otherwise you end up paying more for insurance). This ended up costing me almost $200 in co pay and took over two hours. I would not recommend this clinic.
