DON'T TAKE YOUR child here. They don't care about your kids, my daughter had an appointment I was 15 minutes late and they wouldn't see her or help in anyway. She's very sick and that shows me they don't have any compassion. This was only my 2nd time there no one ever told me about a grade period. I even spoke to the manager and she wouldn't help at all

I had an appointment about a week ago for my daughter. The front desk staff, medical assistants, and office manager were the most professional and caring people in there. The NP was the worst I have ever experienced. I called this facility 3 weeks in advance as we had moved and my girls previous pediatrician was an hour away so we needed to find a new one. I provided our insurance and we were given an appt on Mar-18-2021 for a wellness check for 3yo and 1yo. I called on day of appt as my youngest daughter started having respiratory symptoms, they said we could come in at regular time and check-in and be seen for wellness check and sick visit. every time I visit the clinic with my son sick child,doctors forget to send the prescription to the pharmacy,it is annoying to return home the same,just a waste of time for nothing .please pay attention to your work. :(

Horrible service! i have called 3 times within the same day for a week now trying to make an appointment and been placed on hold every single time for over 8 minutes. worst doctor's office ever!!

Ever since this clinic transitioned into MD Kids (used to be a Children's Health clinic) I've been very disappointed. The medical assistants act like they want nothing to do with you (more concerned with their cell phones), the waiting room/exam room is disgustingly dirty and the physicians seem like they want to slap a bandaid on everything and call it a day. This place is a joke in my opinion.

So my daughters doctor is currently on maternity leave and because of such I was told I would need to schedule an appointment with another doctor just to get a refill on a prescription that she has been taking for over a year. Mind you I already did my 3 month follow up last month which my doctor already said was the only requirement for refills; at this time she has gone 4 days without her prescription. This Cedar Hill location is horrible. Staff doesn't seem to know where anything is. Had to call multiple times to leave messages but never called us back. When going in person, they didn't know where my kids medical records were and couldn't locate them. The next time, they said that they were never scanned in. Would not recommend. Needs new management.

This has got to be the worst doctor office ever. I've never had any problems when it was children's health. I should have believed the reviews. I got a call to schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment asked the staff to fax me the paperwork so I can fill it out before I got there. Never received the fax. Thank goodness it was online. Got to my kids appointment a little early and still had to wait over an hour after the set appointment time before they called us back. The MA in the front told me it's because I... read more
