Our overall experience with MD Kids staff and physicians has always been positive. This clinic has been our primary care for our children for 4 years now. As for appointments, either as walk ins or scheduled visits, we have always been seen same if not next day.
Let me start off by saying I've given this office plenty of chances and I've had it. I have 2 under 2. I had already a few things that bothered me about his office however I brushed it off. My current situation has now pushed my last straw. I can never get an urgent apt if needed. I called last Tuesday to get a call from dr Len, call center rep stated I will get a call back from 24-48 (that's how long they have to call a patient back) it's been a week and I still haven't gotten a call back. This is my third time coming to this pediatrics and it's the worst and most unprofessional clinic ever. The manager Vanessa is also very unprofessional and she doesn't fix anything, she just says "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." I have also tried them several times they take forever, they don't care if you made a appointment they will just said I am sorry you are not in the system really bad clinic. PLEASE DONT COME HERE !!!
If I could give this place -000 stars I would. Docor Nair Seema is the new doctor there I guess kept asking if we were new patients and I've been taking my daughter there for 4 years it was so much better before al the new doctors came in and it turned to MD KIDS. When it was children's they treated us so nice and took they're time asked us questions and literally Sat down with us she walked in half way in the door and talked fast left just worse experience ever . Stay away!!! You've been warned... Make sure to pack a lunch if you plan on trying them out. New Doctor every 6 months!
Sorry to say but this md clinic is one of the worse children's was alot better . They take to long n seem not to know what ther job is so unprofessional it taking more then 4 days for my child lab results so not taking my child anymore
I have been bringing my daughter since she was born and ever since they switched companies the people on staff are rude and unprofessional.
If I could give ZERO STARS I CERTAINLY WOULD. Do not take your children here, ever since coming any was switched seems like these people hire people off the street to work here. I never had a problem before with Veronica Teran. Tuesday my son went for a sick visit. Doctor strolled in said oh nothing wrongs with him. Gave him eye drops and sent us home. When my son was showing clear signs he was very kill. Literally a week later his breathing became heavy and I just knew it was something more serious. I took him in the ER.... read more
Terrible phone etiquette! Now we have been here an hour and still not see the doctor. Keep in mind there are NO other people here. Not a single one. So what are the doctors doing ? Who knows. I won't be coming back.
