The service is good. The staff are excellent. The only thing we didn’t please are not that transparent about the service charged. It is very confusing. We were told that the insurance would cover kids fluoride application one per and end up we got a bill for the charged every time. No matter how many time we clarified with the back and the front staffs. It's very frustrating.
On time, in and out, and next appointment set
Dr. Pardo was amazing. My son came in with an infected baby tooth and knew he'd probably have to have it pulled. He was freaking out prior to and between Dr. Pardo and her assistant Ashley, they kept him calm the whole time. They were gentle and worked quick. I appreciate how well they treated him. I'm hoping his experience today will make it a little easier to get him to the dentist more often! Thank you guys so much. I'm incredibly grateful you were able to see him during this time!!
In for an Orthodontist appointment today, it went very well. First appointment of the day, staff was very nice. Can’t ask for better service!
