Karel and Ruden are great engineers . Very knowledgeable and experience . They are very helpful and responsive to any issues .
After Hurricane Ian had passed our service engineer (Mitch) was onsite to assess and order helium to keep the magnet cold. He set the bypass valve to conserve boiloff all whiteout ever being called. Once power was restored he was again onsite to test the magnet and restart the coldhead. Service is fantastic all engineers are knowledgeable and well trained. He also verified functionality of our CT. He made the process of reopening smooth and is a valued member of our team.
Karel and Ruden have an amazing and supportive team. Quick response to any questions or issues that may arrive.
Great team, always very helpful. Every time I call with an MRI issue they come to my center STAT. Greg Lamothe, Yasser, and Karel, Always extremely helpful. Excellent communication with my team. I got to tell you that I’m very dissatisfied with Siemens and MedLab My Inspiration Mammogram has an issue with communicating with the gantry. At first I reached out to MedLab and all I got was an engineer coming in and after 3 hours of working on the system, he suggested that I “Junk the system”. Not only did he said that, but the gantry was now making a shrinking noice after he finished his worthless evaluation of the system. It turned out that he did not put back the gantry cover correctly.
