Horrible! Walked in receptionist did not even acknowledge me standing in the window. I said hello, no response. Then I saw the opening to the window and asked if they were open. She finally actually looked at me and said yes, And what I took as rude and angry said to me "I'm checking in another patient!".. I looked around and saw no one in the lobby. Office staff semi professional, you’re on speaker phone when you call whereas anyone could hear your concerns. Waited two hours for my grandson to be seen. Watched doctor (was told his name was Dr.Wrinkle) go in and out the door with no gloves on, leaned into cars, so much for personal space or 6ft…only to come to finally come to my car, stick his big naked finger in my three old grandson mouth without having gloves on. Never checked his ears or his nose, just wanted to look into his mouth for whatever reason WITHOUT GLOVES.... read more

The staff is mostly very friendly and not to say they’re not skilled but doctors here need to stop operating on principles of entitlement and stop being so “hands on” especially with female clientele who they suspect are not alone. I felt the radiologist here was very touchy feely about my bracelets and jewelry I was wearing when I came in for questions about an injured knee. I don’t just feel this way—it is a fact. Waited over an hour in a hot car WITH an appointment. Was not allowed to wait inside. Car reads 99 degrees. I was told to go to the nearest ER if I thought I had heat stroke. These people are overworked and unprofessional.

This place seriously lacks professionalism. I came here to get x rayed and make sure i did not have a foot injury, I requested a wheel chair and one of the staff blurted out "he walked in here", then they lowered their tone and continued talking. I was not going to continue walking and risk further injury. At the end of it all the nurse came by and quickly told me i was good to go and walked off. I limped my way out of this urgent care. I will NOT be returning.

EVERYTHING is COVID now. I came in with the exact same symptoms my wife did the day before. She was treated and sent on her way. I was told to leave the facility because of my symptoms of covid??? Then I completed my paperwork outside and when she got around to coming out she kept questioning me about symptoms I don't have. Then told me I won't be going inside for treatment. Makes you wonder just how much of a $ incentive they get for declaring covid, like the hospitals. Drove off, will NEVER be back. Its a crap shoot i... read more
