They give you an appointment for 9 am and they give you the service at 4pm. Dozens of people waiting for many hours. Why they don't schedule the appointments at 9, at 10, at 11, etc., and distribute the people that will receive the service or the cataract operation, instead of making them wait for many hours. We complained to them about this obvious error and they will not do anything about it. By the way, Dr. Sanjay Smith is a very good doctor. This review is for Dr. Sanjay Smith at MedEye Associates. I have received several treatments from Dr. Smith. Dr. Smith is the best thing going at MedEye. If it wasn't for Dr. Smith, I would change and go somewhere else. Dr. Smith makes the wait worthwhile because trust me it does take awhile to get through your appointment. Good service
Dr. Smith is a good doctor and did a good job on my cataract surgeries. However, not to pleased with having to go through the financial unpleasantries which have unfortunately become the norm it seems for vision and dental care.
