It has been life changing! 60 pounds gone - not lost, as I do plan to find them. Better at age 40 than I was at 30. Staff is encouraging, but firm. The plan works.
For the positive, I needed to add more protein to my diet and I felt so much better on the program than before. I was able to fit into my clothes again and it never hurts to get compliments from people. My confidence level was greatly improved. Clinic staff were great. They were supportive. I also like the fact that there were different types of health professions helping me and that I was being monitored in a nice way.
The staff at the Glen Allen office is supportive, knowledgeable and fun. They truly care about my health and success on my weight loss journey. I have lost 60 pounds, to date, and the program is easy to follow, safe and I have had a great amount of success. The program is a little costly but believe it's worth your money, and can be cost prohibitive for some, I'm sure, but I feel that it is worth it to have the individual counseling and support
My experience with Medi Weightloss was extremely positive. I was able to lose about 40 pounds over 8 months; but hit a plateau and could not get below it. Positive comments from family and friends about my weight loss was incentive to keep going. The staff was friendly and supportive even during a difficult period.
I have lost l5 lbs so far and I am very happy with the program. The women at the Medi-Clinic have all been very helpful and I commend and appreciate you guys!!
