I am a proponent of the program. I think it's well conceived, sensible and well structured. I had success losing weight. And I enjoyed my interactions with Dr. ****** and appreciated his practical and honest approach. However, the patient experience in the Henderson was absolutely terrible. The staff is uniformly unwelcoming, unfriendly and cold. I never reaceived a simple hello or smile any of the times I visited the office.
