The staff was more excited than I when I lost the recent weight! As a result of losing weight and sometimes, gaining it back, I have adopted a new mantra (not sure where it came from), but it says Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Everytime I get ready to really chow down that quote pops in my head, and I remember how much money I am spending to look good, I just drop the thought of eating those extra calories. I have never had a negative experience as Medi-weight loss!
