I purchased two hygiene stations over the phone with one of your agents. It was never made clear to me that the consumables were not included. So I spent some time explaining to my associate director, during a time where COVID-19 is threatening, on why we received hygiene stations without consumables. It would have made my life a whole lot easier, if it was made clear to me that the consumables were not included. It would have been easier too, if the purchase of extra consumables were a part to the sale.
