Placing my order was very simple
Product is good as I was expecting . Works great . However arrived later than anticipated time despite the fact I paid extra fro the shipment.

My overall experience was very good. There was a delay in delivery but I was promptly notified of the delay. There was one small piece that wasn't included that I thought was included. I called customer service and asked and was informed the piece wasn't included. I had to order the piece separately. I was a little disappointed...waiting to receive piece...can't try product until I receive piece. Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback on this purchase.
