There was a delay in actually shipping the item. When I paid for 3 day shipping I expected to receive it 3 business days from the date I placed the order, not a week later. I got a shipment confirmation 3 business days after I placed the order, but it was delivered 3 days after that. Other than that it was a great experience!
Quick, accurate information, easy check out and registration. The delivery was not on the shoulders of Medical Device Depot but delivery was delayed after we paid for additional expedited shipping and it did not come expedited at all. The product was perfect and exactly what was expected.

Great price, delivered promptly, parts shipped from manufacturer.
we received our astra 300 spirometer as ordered, and received it promptly. Our only issue was getting it to interface with our laptop. We were given a number to call tech support, and it took a couple tries, but they were able to resolve our issue and were very helpful and knowledgeable. (The CD rom that comes with the Astra that has the software is not useable as our laptop - as is the case with many newer laptops- does not have a CD ROM drive)
