Usual excellent service from the Medical Device Depot
Wrong tracking number was originally sent to me, and i had to call customer service as it had showed the item i ordered was delivered to another address. The customer service rep did address my concerns and had emailed me correct tracking information the next day. Overall, item took about a week to be received.
