Very handy, easy to use site. When my internet crashed just after entering payment info, I contacted the office and spoke to John, at ext 716. He was quite helpful. The shopping experience lost 1 star because I would have preferred to see item ID #'s for items in my shopping cart. I accidentally put the wrong item into my cart. It looked and is called a very similar name to what I already had in the cart and wanted. To ensure I deleted the correct item, because I was not seeing item #, I had to click on the individual items ... read more
It was easy - I chose what I thought our missions trip could use and had my EMT husband check my order. Easy! I was informed after my order that there would be a small delay in the products coming from a warehouse. I emailed and let them know I was on a short time requirement and the next I knew, the products were on their way. I appreciate that!!!
