I ordered with MedicalDeviseDepot.com because they had a better inventory than other sites I had looked for what I needed. They kept me up to date on the status of my order and when it shipped via email. Overall I had a very good experience.

Had ordered two products. One was apparently out of stock, however no one contacted me to tell me that and the product that was in stock wasn't sent out because they were waiting to restock the other product. When I contacted customer service she let me know that was the reasoning we didn't have our order yet, but then told me that there was another product that was essentially interchangeable with the out of stock product, only a minor quantity difference.
