Shipping options - not very good. Too expensive
Prices are great, until you realize they are selling the products without any of the 'package' items that are sold with the products through other vendors. Then, by the time you get the rest of the items, you've spent just as much as you would have, and gone through a lot more hassle.
Very effecient process
Customer service is responsive but had issues with the supplier which I know is not a direct issue of MDDs but only received updates when I asked for them.

It took almost 3 weeks to get the medical supply that I ordered, as the products are not readily available and the company has to order them to manufacturers. Customer service was responsive and provided me with an accurate update on the delivery status. I am satisfied with the quality of the product I purchased.
