Very happy working with the staff at Medical Sleep Solutions. McKenzie is always helpful in setting things up and Dr Gardner is wonderful to interact with. I have done a sleep study there in person and had Zoom conferences with Dr Gardner as I live in another city. He is very thorough and helpful with controlling my apnea.
The doctor 4 staff are always friendly and helpful. They are easy to talk to when I have a question. I enjoyed the visit!
The front staff is awesome at check in and check out. They are welcoming and professional. Since starting with them I have seen the dr. twice is 7 years. A PA comes in the room (a different one every time) that doesn't know me or them. I always get someone different. They don't tell me who they are. Standard answers ALWAYS SAY your numbers look good. The doctor is amazing. He's extremely knowledgeable. He has an amazing "bedside manner". He will take his time, listen to you, and make sure you understand everything. The office staff was quick to answer any messages. My overnight sleep study was great. The over night staff was attentive, and knew what they were doing!
The staff has always been very nice and organized. My appointments are usually always with the nurse practitioner I believe. She’s also very sweet but I’ve only been seen by the Dr. a handful of times which I thought was weird. After several years of being diagnosed with Narcolepsy type 1 I still have yet to find the right medication for me.I’ve been switched to 4 different medications within the past couple of years which can be frustrating.
