Great tournament. The performers really capture your attention and imagination. Before you know it you're hurrahing and swooning at the several Knights. However, the vegetarian menu is dreadful. A very wet, sloppy, bland, flavorless bean stew with overcooked brown rice. However, the hummus, crudites and pita bread were delicious. They can simplify their menu and please the vegan/vegetarian crowd by keeping the roasted potatoes and garlic bread and substituting the meat with a slab of seasoned, grilled tofu or seitan cutlet.
