After I paid for my family of 5 and I showed up at the gates, they told me I hade to also pay a $95 gratuities fee that wasn’t included in the original fee… wtf? Seriously.

This upfront gratuity is not required, but we do ask this of our guests to make it easier for them so that they do not have to worry about leaving gratuity at the table. Too expensive for quality of food; soup was too watery, bread was hard, chicken was moderate and desert was a frozen eclair. Entertainment was spectacular along with audience participation

The dinner was yummy and the tournament was fun to watch, but the souvenirs are awful! I bought my daughter a little light up necklace with a heart pendant as a surprise, she was so delighted but within 10 minutes the wires fried and it stopped working! I wasn't even allowed to exchange it. I feel so sad for her, she was delighted with the necklace and didn't even get to enjoy it before it broke (and it wasn't anything she did to it; it was sitting on the table and it had been working but the next time I picked it up and tri... read more
I ordered the vegetarian plate and the waiter forgot me and my food until he was taking up plates. Then when I asked about my food he said we ran out of vegetarian meals. He never said sorry just walked away!! This is after he threw my half an ear of corn on my plate and slung the juices on my arm!

The drinks were terrible. No salt or pepper. On drinks all they had was Pepsi unsweet tea lemonade or water
Don’t buy the upgrade tickets. You get nothing. We got the first row and some neck tags. That’s it. The seats were small and left no elbow room. We got no priority at all. The staff looked depressed. We’ve been to other Medieval Times and were much more satisfied.
