Today 12/11/15, I was here on a field trip with the school I work for. I work with a student in a wheelchair and it was lost in communication that he would be on the field trip. At the last second the wonderful event staff made accommodations for him including letting us know 5 minutes before they would be let in and 5 minutes before they would be let out so he could get in and out safely.
