It's a family tradition to come for dinner whenever we are in Baltimore. Get there early to find a parking spot and get better seats. I definitely recommend the VIP package. It's worth the extra money. My kids love the "medieval soup" (they would never eat tomato soup at home) and eating with their hands. The show is awesome with beautiful horses that look well taken care of. We will be back

The acting was GREAT. I enjoyed it very much and so did my family (age 8+, wouldn't recommend younger than that). I'm giving 4 stars (if I could give 3.5 stars, I would) because our experience could have been better if our server, Candace, had provided better service. She appeared rushed, we got our food later than/after the groups around us, and she didn't offer us coffee. We had very little bisque in our bowls, which came like 15 min after our garlic bread, which was cold. Potatoes were cold too. I was also disappointed wi... read more

Was with a prearranged birthday party of 50 and would have expected VIP treatment with the money we were spending. We were seated in two back rows and there was no special treatment for the birthday girl (age 10). Also, I would expect the actor playing the king to fake a British accent. It's not that hard, and he sounded so out of place when everyone else had one. The food was good though, but not if you have picky kids who need ketchup for their chicken and potatoes (bring packets) and the show was a lot of fun.

Business response:

Hi M'lady. For birthdays, we have many different options- from upgrades, announcements, knighting/ladyship ceremony. Did your group go through our group sales department? If so- she should have gotten an announcement! If you would like to talk in detail about your concern please email us at maryland@medievaltimes.com.

My first time attending Medieval Times! It's definitely a fun experience! Fun for everyone! There were mixed ages from young kids to seniors! Food was pretty good, the staff really takes you to those ancient times!

Business response:

Our only complaint that I saw was the waitress. she didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and argued with one of the members in our group about having water. The show was great I would have given a 5 start but the waitress was terrible in my opinion. One should never argue with a simple request. my friend could not drink the only 2 options that the waitress was giving us. and not once but twice argued with us about the water. She also seemed aggitated about being there and very adimant about us leaving her a good tip... read more
